One of the great things about developing and delivering online software products is improving users’ work-flow by tweaking an existing feature or building a new feature all-together and delivering it quickly into the hands of the users. One of the challenges is finding ways to make all users aware of the changes, and directing them to the information they need, when they need it.

You may be able to use analytical data to track clicks and page views, but how do you move beyond that data to know how consumers feel? Do they trust what they see, or do they want to engage with you but don’t know how, or are they too scared to do so?
