Director, Enterprise Sales EMEA

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage successful relationships within our Enterprise Tier 1 & 2 business segments

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in online lead tracking software
  • Frequent online demos of the Qualvu platform via web technologies and web-based presentations

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • 5 – 7 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level
  • Consistent earnings of €55K plus commission, in past sales roles while carrying a minimum €750k quota
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
  • The ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
  • Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong references preferred
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Strong computer skills
  • Bachelor or University Degree required

Marketing Coordinator, EMEA

Qualvu has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator, EMEA to be based out of our EU Headquarters in Dublin. We are the global leader in online video-based qualitative research and are rapidly expanding into European markets.

The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Assisting with the execution of the company’s EMEA marketing strategy

Project Coordinator

Qualvu is seeking a Project Coordinator to execute duties for our online market research technology.  This position will report to the Manager of Project Management.
 
Qualvu is the leader in online video-based qualitative research. We are a fast-growing technology company backed by some of the country’s leading capital investors. This is a very exciting opportunity for a motivated, analytically minded individual who will immediately join our fast growing team.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the planning and implementation of projects within the Qualvu software portal
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Conducting descriptive statistical analyses
  • Writing reports of findings, including preparation of descriptive graphics, and integrating Qualvu video highlight reels of participant feedback
  • Developing actionable information to inform business decisions and functions
  • Applying your keen curiosity and decision-making skills to identify any surprises or key data points for additional analysis
  • Drafting detailed findings, identifying implications, and making directional recommendations based on key client questions and objectives
  • Supporting, and at times, taking the lead in project-related communications, both client and internal

 Qualified candidates will have the following skills: 

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree required in economics, math, statistics, business or other analytical discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in similar data-centric problem solving roles
  • Highly competent in quantitative analysis, methods, data manipulation, and critical thinking
  • Advanced spreadsheet, word processing and email skills
  • Up-to-date expertise in statistical analysis (must be proficient in SPSS or SAS)
  • Great writing skills
  • Understand conceptual and practical marketing and business operations
  • Outstanding body of work demonstrating high quality, innovative deliverables
  • Project management experience, especially coordinating/managing multiple projects at the same time.

The Qualvu platform contains dozens of exciting and innovative subsystems, including speech recognition, search, video encoding, high performance caching strategies, mobile applications, and web based tools.
