Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships within our Corporate Sales Business Segment
• Manage sales-cycles and presenting to seasoned executives the value of the QualVu solution
• Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in intuitive and streamlined lead tracking software, while creating satisfied customers
• Frequent online demos of the QualVu platform via web technologies and web-based presentations

Required Skills/Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level.
• Consistent experience carrying a minimum 400K quota
• Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
• Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references preferred
• Strong computer skill
• Bachelor or University Degree required

User Experience Designer

Job Description

The QualVu user experience designer will play a crucial role in how companies use the web to gather rich, video-based insights from audiences they care about, faster and more efficiently than ever before. We’re looking for an experienced interface designer who is equal parts investigator, usability evangelist, communicator, and person looking for a life-changing job. The role will work within the Development Team to distill user research and business objectives/requirements into functional and interface specifications/prototypes.

General Requirements:

• 2-5 professional years of dedicated interface-design and product strategy experience, with emphasis on requirements gathering, information architecture and interaction design for online applications and experiences. Portfolio to support.
• Experience leading the UX-design stages of software development. Ability to work directly with clients, users, and the QualVu team to gather requirements, help define the overall user experience strategy, create the interaction model, architect effective solutions using wireframes solutions and prototypes, iterate upon them, and then communicate the details and benefits of the solutions back to all stakeholders.
• Top-notch analytical skills – ability to identify and communicate usability challenges we face. Experience performing evaluations and usability tests, as well as documenting results and translating the findings into design improvements.
• Ideal candidate will have broad and/or deep knowledge of the capabilities and constraints when designing for these technologies and media: C++, Java, Web technologies (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Flash, etc.) Please note: This is not a development/coding position.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Factors, HCI, industrial design or related area ideal.

Participant Recruit, Panel Manager (Market Research)

Position Overview

QualVu is looking for a Participant Recruit, Panel Manager (Market Research) to provide strong leadership in the development and ongoing management of QualVu’s various participant resources. The Panel Manager will provide project based sample from resources that include approved vendors and QualVu’s proprietary community panels. Participants are engaged in video-based qualitative research projects using QualVu’s market leading platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing project based recruits from screeners that are generated by researchers. Equally you will be tasked with designing ways to create an engaged online community and to maintain QualVu proprietary panels over time. This includes developing timelines and providing best practices on panelist engagement, managing internal resources to ensure timelines are being met and tasks are being handled efficiently, all while maintaining a healthy and vibrant communities.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Ownership of the participant recruitment and respondent experience for all QualVu Panels.
• Ownership of the vendor based custom recruits for QualVu ad-hoc projects.
• Manage panelist retention through panel management best practices, providing suggestions to the QualVu Internet Recruiting and Graphic Design teams.
• Create and implement metrics for panelist retention, usage, lifetime value, response rate, and demographic profiles.
• Investigate and implement panelist incentive program including partnerships with outside vendors.
• Assist in strategies and development of plans for how social media can be integrated into panel build.
• Advise on ways to enhance the panelist experience.

This position requires strong energetic drive, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. The candidate will work alongside internal and external groups around the globe to support the set-up and ongoing strategy for QualVu Panels and participant recruit processes.

Desired Skills

• Positive, upbeat attitude/personality and ability to work independently in a high-energy, dynamic, start-up environment
• Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business or related field, with minimum 4 years market research experience, online panel community experience preferred
• Experience with the online/digital landscape, especially when it pertains to online market research

This is an exciting opportunity for a few motivated and talented developers who will immediately join our fast growing team.

This is not a position for web designers, application assemblers, or low-level coders.

QualVu’s solutions are delivered as a service over the Internet and require that you have expertise in all areas of building robust web-centric applications. You must also be experienced and self-sufficient in both new code development and production code maintenance. You must enjoy working with minimal supervision and guidance (we're looking for stars ready to hit the ground running).

Ideal candidates will have experience developing Web applications using a mix of open source and proprietary tools. You have at least 2 years experience developing Web applications in a production environment, as well as a strong proficiency in PHP. You must also have at least a working knowledge of UNIX, preferably Linux.

Required Skills:

• Practical experience designing relational databases and writing SQL queries. MySQL is preferred.
• Object oriented development in a common Web Development language. PHP is preferred.
