While QualVu tries to ensure the smoothest possible video playback for our users, occasionaly you will run into a situation where the video is not loading quite as quickly or playing back quite as smoothly as you hope.
To try and determine the source of the slow down, please run the following procedure, this is for Windows XP.
- From your Start Menu, choose Run.
- Type in 'cmd' and hit <ENTER> ( you should see the command prompt window )
- In the command prompt window enter: tracert fms1.qualvu.com <ENTER> ( This will start the network traceroute )
- When you see the message 'Trace complete' copy and paste the results into an email
- To copy the results, highlight all of the desired text in the window with your mouse.
- Click the command prompt icon in the upper left hand corner of the command prompt window
- Choose 'Edit'->'Copy' from the menu
- Paste the results into an email
